Thomas M. Reardon III, Esq.
Prior to forming Reardon Anderson, Tom was a named partner in a regional law firm which provided legal services in the tri-state area. Tom’s practice includes representing companies and individuals in matters ranging from personal injury claims to contract disputes. With over fifteen years of legal experience, Tom has represented the interests of gaming companies, trucking companies, insurance companies, restaurants/bars, property owners and business owners, physicians and medical facilities.
Tom graduated from Fairfield University with a B.S. in Finance in 1986. In 1991, Tom earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Tom served as a Clerk for the Honorable Edward J. Seaman, Presiding Judge, Civil Division, Middlesex County, New Jersey.
Tom has extensive experience in representing both insurance companies and their insureds, as well as private sector clients. He has tried over 50 cases to verdict and has been recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney (a designation held by less than one percent of all New Jersey attorneys).
Tom is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, the Federal District Court of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association, DRI, NJDA,the New Jersey Motor Truck Association and the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
