Prior to forming Reardon Anderson, LLC, Tom was a named partner in a regional law firm that provided legal services in the tri-state area. Tom’s practice includes representing companies and individuals in matters ranging from civil litigation to contract disputes.
With more than 20 years of legal experience, Attorney Reardon has represented the interests of gaming companies, trucking companies, insurance companies, restaurants and bars, property owners and business owners, physicians and medical facilities, and more.
Tom graduated from Fairfield University with a B.S. in Finance in 1986. In 1991, Tom earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Tom also went on to serve as a Clerk for the Honorable Edward J. Seaman, Presiding Judge, Civil Division, Middlesex County, New Jersey.
Attorney Reardon has extensive experience in representing both insurance companies and their insureds, as well as private sector clients. He has tried over 50 cases to verdict and has been recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney—which is a designation held by less than one percent of all attorneys in the state of New Jersey.
Tom is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, the Federal District Court of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York. He is also a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association, DRI, NJDA, the New Jersey Motor Truck Association and the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
